Hello

My name is Michele.  I am a self taught gardener.  Through my videos and social media platforms I hope to inspire you to grow a native plant garden that will bring wildlife and beauty to your landscapes.

My love for gardening started in high school after taking a part time job at a roadside nursery.  About five years ago I transitioned to gardening with native plants almost exclusively, and had my yard certified as an Audubon at Home Wildlife Habitat.

I chose the name Ninety%Native because this is how I try to manage my landscape, with 90% native plants.  My goal is to encourage, protect and provide habitat for wildlife and share what I have learned with others.
